On Priesthood Sunday, October 29, 2017, the parishioners of the Gove County Catholic Parishes were pleased to celebrate with Father James, his 40th Anniversary of his Ordination to the Priesthood. The Fourth of Degree Knights of Columbus provided the Honor Guard. CCD students from the three parishes were involved in the ministries of lectoring, serving, ushering, and singing in the choir along with leading the Rosary before Mass. A pot luck meal was served following Mass. The day concluded with Eucharistic Adoration. Fr. Vincent Thu Laing presided over Adoration and Benediction. The parishioners of the Gove County Catholic Parishes thank and congratulate Father James on this special occasion.
